Los Reyes Gold and Silver Project

Located 43 kilometres southeast of the mining centre of Cosalá, Sinaloa, Prime’s Los Reyes Project (the “Project”) has a mining history that stretches back to the 1700s, with small-scale mining activity occurring as recently as the 1980s. Historical production at Los Reyes is estimated at 1 million ounces of gold and 60 million ounces of silver from 2.7 million tonnes.

The Los Reyes Project is a low-sulphidation epithermal gold-silver project located in the well-known and prolific Sierra Madre mining belt of Mexico. Prime believes Los Reyes has been both overlooked and underexplored, with historical exploration at this large epithermal system conducted over less than 40% of the known structures, providing gold and silver exploration optionality. The Company further believes that the work completed to-date on Los Reyes provides a basis upon which the Project can be further expanded and eventually developed into an operating mine.
